After twenty years in business, Dickie was hired in 1998 to be Highland's Involvement Minister. In 2002 he assumed the Administrator role for Highland. He is responsible for the facilities, personnel, and business affairs of the church. He also serves as Secretary to the Elders.

Dickie and his wife Becky have two children, Ryan and Kami.  Ryan and his wife Claudia are part of a church plant team in Dallas.  Kami and her husband Brandon are working through graduate school.

Dickie enjoys cars, family time, fixing things, and being with people.
