Joe came to Highland in 2004 after 20+ years at the Turnpike Church of Christ in Grand Prairie, Texas. Joe has been instrumental in launching and strengthening several outreach ministries, including the Prison Ministry, Christian Ministries of Abilene, and Freedom Fellowship.
Joe and his wife Becky have three children, Rachel, Lucas, and Roman.
