Prison Ministry
Prison Ministry teaches and mentors men and women incarcerated in area jails and prison units on a weekly and/or monthly basis. Mentoring consists of visiting, praying, teaching Bible classes, studying and encouraging. Worship opportunities for inmates are also offered. Entrance into the Abilene County Jail and/or Texas State Prison requires approval and an intensive background check as well as specialized training.
