Beth Ann Fisher

Elder

Beth Ann attended Highland during her college years in the early 90’s, and the entire Fisher family began attending in 2007 when they moved to Abilene. She currently teaches as an adjunct in the Department of Bible, Missions, and Ministry at Abilene Christian University where she is
completing her Doctor of Ministry degree and serving in the Siburt Institute as Doctoral Fellow. Beth Ann also works part-time as a chaplain at Hendrick South Hospital. She is currently most involved in University and Worship Ministry at Highland. Over the past year she has explored
the intersection of small groups and university students at our church, her passion being the generational transmission of faith. She has a taste for strong flavors: spice, coffee, chocolate; strong people: Craig and their two boys, Riley and Owen; and strong doses of the great outdoors.

“The heavens declare the glory of God, and the skies announce what his hands have made” (Ps. 19:1).
