Tanya is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, supervised by Gretchen Etheredge, LMFT-S. As a therapist, Tanya integrates Narrative Therapy to help clients re-author their life stories and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to restore safety and connection in relationships. She believes that change is not about fixing what’s broken but about rediscovering what is already within each person, who is made for love, connection, and purpose.

In the therapy room, Tanya strives to create a space of safety, curiosity, and compassion where clients can challenge unhelpful narratives, engage with their emotions vulnerably, and co-create new meanings and stories. By integrating her Christian faith with her therapeutic framework, she views healing as a process of reconnecting with God, oneself, and others, moving from unhelpful cycles to preferred and flourishing ones. Tanya sees therapy as a sacred space where the image of God within each person is remembered, honored, and expressed more fully in their relationships and life stories.
